Cancellation Policy

Serenity One Stop Shop Client Consent & Appointment Policy Form Thank you for choosing Serenity One Stop Shop. We are committed to providing high-quality services in a relaxing and professional environment. To ensure fairness and smooth operation for all our clients, please review and agree to the following terms before your appointment: Booking & Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied towards your total service cost and is collected to reserve your time slot. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Late Arrival Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A new deposit will be required to rebook. We value both your time and ours; arriving late affects the next client’s experience. No-Show / Missed Appointment Policy If you miss your appointment or fail to show up without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings. Rescheduling & Cancellations To reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. Client Agreement By booking with Serenity One Stop Shop, you acknowledge and agree to the above policies. Your cooperation helps us maintain a professional and respectful environment for all clients.
